Assembly is our late night, neighbourhood Bar & Bistro,
working the evening shift on behalf of The Schoolrooms and serving up Sunday roasts!

With the help of hugely talented local chefs, we provide a superb dining experience for all occasions, putting a modern twist on traditional British dining.

The Bar is open Wednesday to Friday evenings 4pm til late,
Saturday 1pm til late and Sunday 12pm - 9pm,
The Bistro Kitchen is open;
Wednesday to Saturday evenings 4pm til 9pm,
Sunday 12pm - 8pm, for roast dinners only.
Booking advised early to avoid disappointment.

Come and enjoy our Sunday Roast service at Assembly.

Using only the best local, Peak District ingredients we serve up mouth watering Beef Sirloin, Rolled Pork Loin and Seasonal Veggie Wellington accompanied by homemade Yorkie puds, beef dripping roasties, honey glazed carrots, bubbling cauliflower cheese and creamy mash. To finish with something sweet you can try our famous Sticky Toffee Pud, Chocolate Brownie or sample Scoop's ice cool Gelato.
